Haulotte’s Quick-Up range is compact and easy to use. Available from 7 to 14 m in height, these electric lifts offer high manoeuvrability in tight spaces and are adapted for a wide range of indoor applications.

Push-arounds are versatile aerial work platforms suited for delicate flooring. Their lightweight design makes manoeuvring simple, and their non-marking tyres are ideal for all types of floor surfaces. The machines’ stabilisers are equipped with rubber to protect the floor surface.

The Haulotte Quick-Up lifts are easily transportable, even in a van, and they can be set up by one person within minutes. Their compact design enables them to go through doors and elevators. In addition, the Quick-Up range is fitted with intuitive controls so that operators can elevate quickly. Its mast architecture provides optimal stability, while its four stabilisers allow technicians to work at height with confidence. Both AC and DC versions require minimal maintenance.

Haulotte’s new telescopic material handler, the HTL 3207, is equipped with hydrostatic transmission. It delivers optimal torque, power and speed for excellent driving comfort. The inching pedal allows for smooth and progressive driving to easily approach a structure.

\n\n

The HTL 3207 offers a maximum lifting capacity of 3.2 t and maximum lifting height of 6.85 m. With a short turning radius and a length of 4.67 m, this new telehandler can operate in narrow spaces. It meets the needs of the construction and industrial sectors where performance and compactness are inextricably linked.

\n\n

The HTL 3207 is also fitted with a spacious and ergonomic cab for maximum visibility. Because comfort is very important for all-day driving, a fully adjustable seat with shock absorbers help to reduce fatigue at work. The 4-in-1 joystick enables the operator to manage all movements precisely. The controls (including the parking brake button) have been specifically positioned so that they are accessible according to their frequency of use. The load moment indicator includes an automatic cut-off when operating with a tilting risk and an automatic reset in case of dysfunction.

\n\n

The HTL 3207 can adapt to the ground conditions, allowing the operator to focus on lifting operations in complete safety. Thanks to its 20-in tyres, the machine can easily cross a gap. On worksite mode, speed is limited to 8 km/hr for a higher safety; on road mode, the telehandler runs up to 25 km/hr. Three driving modes assure excellent manoeuvrability in any environment (2 WS, 4 WS or crab steer). The telehandler can be fitted with multiple accessories such as forks, buckets, and so on.

In addition, the HTL 3207 features simple maintenance. The diagnostic tool provides operators with key information about the functioning of the telehandler. A backlit electronic dashboard centralises all information about the operating status of the machine for continuous monitoring. To optimise downtime costs, the engine assembly components are easily accessible.

Haulotte has recently delivered 16 machines to help with the construction of Beijing Daxing International Airport in China. Among them included two units of Haulotte HA20 LE electric articulating boom lift, which were reportedly chosen due to their eco-friendly features.

Scheduled to open in late 2019, Beijing Daxing International Airport is set to become the world’s largest airport. It is said that environmental aspects are placed at the centre of this project. Thus, the Haulotte HA20 LE is considered an ideal solution as it fully satisfies the environmental protection requirements. This electric powered machine offers silent operation, indoors or outdoors on any surface, with no harmful emissions.

\n\n

The oscillating axle and four-wheel drive of Haulotte HA20 LE provide optimal adherence and stability. Ultra-fast elevation speed, 360-degree continuous turret rotation and simultaneous movements improve productivity. Thanks to an optimal energy management, the HA20LE enables a full day’s work in electric mode. An on-board range extender can rapidly recharge the high-capacity batteries while the machine remains operational.

In addition to the two electric articulating booms, Haulotte delivered four other articulating booms (HA12 IP, HA15 IP and HA41 RTJ Pro), two 55XA lightweight self-propelled booms, two Star 10 vertical masts, and six Compact 14 scissor lifts.

Haulotte is expanding its popular vertical mast range with the launch of Star 8S (Star 20 in the US) to work efficiently up to 8 m. This multipurpose machine is ideal for indoor use such as finishing works, maintenance and restoration, logistics and distribution, and more.

\n\n

The Star 8S has a load capacity of 200 kg and travel speed of 4.5 km/hr. Fitted with deep-cycle batteries, the machine allows operators to perform their daily tasks all day long.

\n\n

With a narrow turning radius, the Star 8S can manoeuvre in highly restricted spaces. Combining high torque with precise and smooth control, the AC motors deliver excellent precision and comfort for the machine to go to hard-to-reach areas.

\n\n

For increased flexibility, the Star 8S can be lifted lengthwise or widthwise during transport phases. Thanks to its automatic protection system against potholes, the machine can get over numerous obstacles, and cross slopes of 25%.

\n\n

Equipped with smooth proportional movements, control and manoeuvring aloft are intuitive, secure and precise. The Star 8S offers higher stability, and a non-skid step has been integrated into the machine’s design to allow a safe entry in the platform. The basket extension provides additional space and a further reach of 40 cm.

\n\n

To ensure less maintenance, the Star 8S is designed with the Haulotte Activ’Screen on-board diagnostic tool. Simple to use, it provides operators with key information. All pins, nuts and metal parts have been specially treated to guarantee optimum resistance to corrosion, said Haulotte. The two batteries swing-out trays can open easily, and a quick-open inspection hatch enables easy access to the hydraulic block to optimise downtime costs. Asynchronous motors also require no regular maintenance.

These new electric, rough-terrain mobile elevating platforms can be used in public places such as shopping centres, airports, concert halls, pedestrian streets, etc, and also in areas where low-emission and low-noise are required like hospitals and schools.

The machines’ oscillating axle and four-wheel drive deliver excellent performance and stability for outdoor applications. Solid cured-on tyres provide the wheels with the flexibility needed to properly hold the ground, even on the roughest terrain. With their non-marking tyres, the machines can also work indoor.

Thanks to its silent electric operation, the Pulseo series can be used at any time with less inconvenience to its surroundings. Its low tail swing and easy handling allow for operation in confined spaces.

The machines’ fast elevation speed, 360° continuous turret rotation and simultaneous movements work together to enhance productivity. Dual-load models make it possible to increase the load capacity while adapting the working envelope, leading to stability.

The Pulseo machines offer proportional controls that ensure precise movements, resulting in smooth operation on the way up to the work area. The Haulotte Activ’Shield Bar 2.0 secondary guarding device system is available to prevent the risk of entrapment. Protected by the Safety Gap, the operator maintains easy access to controls and unobstructed visibility.

The Haulotte Activ’Lighting System ensures safe performance of the delicate procedures to load and unload the equipment. Comprising 11 LED spotlights, it provides ideal illumination of the basket, controls and the manoeuvring area around the machine.

Furthermore, high-capacity batteries and the ability to lower the basket by force of gravity with no power consumption maximise the battery performance for a full day’s work. If extended battery power is required, the on-board range extender engine can rapidly recharge the batteries, while the machine retains its full operating capacity during the charge cycle. At the end of a shift, the built-in charger and its smart power management module optimise both the charge and lifespan of the batteries.

The Haulotte Activ’Energy Management system, developed in partnership with Liten - a major European research institute and a driving force behind the development of sustainable energy technologies of the future - is designed to extend the lifespan of the batteries.

The Pulseo generation also features maintenance-free electric motors, extended maintenance intervals, easy access to components and simple battery maintenance. The Haulotte Activ’Screen system makes life easier for users and technicians on a daily basis. It can be used to configure the machine, provides users with information to help them identify alarms, allows them access the list of preventative maintenance procedures, and also helps to diagnose and resolve malfunctions, if necessary.
