Industry veteran Tomie Chan has been appointed by Sinoboom as business development director for East Asia and Southeast Asia, representing a substantial expansion of his responsibilities following five months as business development director for the East Asia region. He reports directly to Dawei He, Sinoboom’s overseas sales and marketing director.

Mr Chan is a highly experienced MEWP (mobile elevating work platform) specialist with over 25 years of experience in the sector, and served as chairman of the Singapore IPAF Council for three years.

“With his experience, expertise and personal ability, we are sure that Tomie Chan will manage effectively both in East Asia and Southeast Asia,” said Mr He. “This is another step in our commitment to building a strong, professional international team.”

On his new appointment, Mr Chan commented, “My journey so far with Sinoboom has been both productive and enjoyable, and I very much look forward to the next stage.”
