The leading manufacturer of fans and motors, ebm-papst, is pleased to announce a change in leadership in its Vietnam Sales Office. After a rigorous selection process, ebm-papst welcomes Mikhail Nosikov as the newly appointed Country Manager for their Vietnam operations.

Founded in 1963, ebm-papst is headquartered in Mulfingen, Germany. The technological leader has set international industry standards with core competencies in motor technology, electronics, digitalisation, and aerodynamics.

With over 15 years of experience in technical sales, project management, and engineering, Mikhail is a driven sales professional, specialising in building and nurturing client relationships, managing large-scale projects, and achieving substantial revenue growth in competitive markets. 

He has a proven track record in driving business growth and delivering innovative solutions across diverse industries, including transportation, HVAC, and industrial sectors. This includes the development of truck projects with key clients such as Scania and Volvo in Europe and North America. Under his leadership, the business has seen remarkable growth, increasing turnover from 0 EUR in 2021 to an expected 10 million EUR by 2025.

Mikhail has also contributed to the expansion of ebm-papst’s Russian operations, growing revenue from 1 million EUR to 3 million EUR in four years, and supported multiple key HVAC projects for rail, bus, and truck applications.

Holding a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Bryansk State Technical University, Mikhail has a strong foundation in both technical and business disciplines.
