Coral Bay, an oceanfront residential project in Malaysia developed by GSH Corporation, is currently underway. It is reportedly scheduled for completion in 2022.

The 460-unit luxury condominium is situated within the gated community of Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and facing the South China Sea. It sits on 50,000 sq m of land and comprises eight 12-storey residential towers, with two- to four-bedroom units from 140 to 325 sq m; dual-key units from 186 to 465 sq m; and penthouses from 325 to 836 sq m.

The development was designed by Singapore-based Swan & MacClaren, taking inspirations from the ocean’s coral reefs teeming with marine life. Built on a diamond-shaped site, the residential towers are positioned like twin dragons setting out to the sea.

Consistent with its distinct marine theme, Coral Bay boasts a stretch of soft-sand beach that is about 100-m in length, as well as the city's first water-themed play park nestled within its grounds.
